Lauren M. Cole As a senior paralegal with the law firm of Cozen O’Connor, I am often assigned to large, complex litigation cases. I have utilized the services of outside vendors to assist these large cases for document coding, deposition/pleading summarization, and other time-consuming projects. I have used the services of LIM on a number of occasions. Recently, LIM summarized hundreds of depositions and other transcripts for a large complex litigation case. The protocol included the tracking of individual deponents whose testimony was taken in numerous underlying law suites on similar issues. LIM was also required to assign a pre-established factual and legal issue code to each summary line. In another matter, LIM reviewed thousands of claims files and assimilated specifically requested information into a spreadsheet. I found LIM’s work to be accurate, timely, and cost-effective.
