LLP Our firm has utilized the services of LIM both in case-specific projects and in training several of our staff members. Specifically, I was the paralegal in a complex, document-intensive, wrongful death claim. I, and the attorney in charge of the case, worked closely LIM. LIM was quick to grasp the facts of the case and not only created a workable database, but cost-effectively performed data entry on thousands of pages of material. LIM also worked with the imaging vendor to make sure all documents were scanned into the database in an accurate, timely and cost conscious manner. We were able to pass on some of these costs to the client who recognized the value of working with the databased and imaged documents. Document retrieval became instantaneous and the savings, both to the client and in terms of paralegal time, was impressive. The time savings involved in preparing for depositions and witness interviews was tremendous. We provided discs containing the database and imaged documents to the trial attorney who had them installed in his laptop. I know he found this to be a useful tool when he was on the road interviewing witnesses and meeting with the client. The case settled before trail. Had that not occurred, he would have utilized the database with the imaged documents at trial. LIM is professional in their work. They had a broad knowledge of the requirements of case management, grasped the facts of the specific case quickly and were readily available for the questions we had in learning to use the database and in training us to do our own data entry.
