Victoria Wilken-Farrell - President
Victoria is the owner and President of the Litigation Information Management group of companies, which she founded in 1999. She co-authored The Litigation Support Guide, an invaluable tool for lawyers, paralegals and corporate document custodians.

Victoria regularly consults with law firms and businesses on implementing document and case management systems, including software selection and best practices. Her sought after expertise includes extensive knowledge in business process analysis, business process improvement, workflow analysis, systems architecture, document management database design and user productivity, and litigation budget planning and analysis. Victoria’s background as both an end user and technological consultant provide the foundation for her specialty in closing communication gaps between those two groups. She has been honored as a distinguished and valuable resource to attorneys, paralegals and also to their business clientele.

Prior to founding LIM, Victoria was a complex litigation paralegal and litigation support manager at a major Northwest law firm. She has over 25 years of experience in design and implementation of information management systems in mass tort and complex litigation. Victoria received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego. She conducts Continuing Legal Education courses and has been featured as a keynote speaker at legal industry and business conferences.

Ingrid Steinkoenig - Client Relations Director
Ingrid has over 25 years experience serving the legal community. She has an extensive background as a paralegal in international law and complex commercial litigation gained at national and international law firms. She served as a board member of the Oregon Paralegal Association for several years. Building on her paralegal knowledge, Ingrid developed a strong business background through her legal recruiting, human resources and management experience. She specializes in the creation and implementation of fundamental management systems tailored to the legal environment. Her strengths in effective identification, assessment and process development serve to cultivate solid foundations in collective team driven environments committed to a quality work product. Her continual focus on and commitment to quality, accuracy, efficiency and team-based management, supports the success of all of our clients’ projects. Ingrid received her Bachelor of Arts from New England College, studying at the American and British campuses and her paralegal certificate from Texas State University Graduate School.

Kip Manley - Legal Technology Consultant / Certified Summation Trainer
Kip’s project management expertise started while working in the field of market research collecting and managing high volumes of data. Having worked on cases involving securities and finance, insurance, construction, environmental, and product liability issues, he excels in document analysis and focuses on quality assurance, training and project management. An accomplished writer, he majored in creative writing at Oberlin College and was the managing editor of a Portland-area arts magazine. Kip is a premier Summation trainer being the first to be certified in the Northwest on Summation’s WebBlaze system. Kip regularly consults with clients in the areas of software selection and technical problem solving.

Matthew Johnson - Legal Technology Support Manager
Matt has extensive experience in monitoring and assisting all stages of projects from beginning document protocol to loading final data in client databases. Having several years of experience managing document coding staff, Matt excels at production efficiency and data reconciliation. Having worked on a diverse range of cases he has a unique ability to locate potential problems and create solutions during all stages of project management. Matt's college career majoring in computer science and mathematics, in addition to his analytical and intuitive skills in database management have proven to be extremely valuable to our clients.

Misti Tone - Paralegal/Production Manager
Misti manages all aspects of production from initial client intake to final data delivery. She specializes in project development and organization, database creation and management, quality control protocols and project training. Her extensive coding background on cases involving insurance, construction, discrimination, environmental and product liability issues enables her to implement stream-lined coding protocols to ensure data accuracy. She began her paralegal career working in a small law firm handling civil rights suits, family law, personal injury cases and probate issues. Misti received her Associate of Applied Science degree (with honors) in Paralegal Studies from Western Business College.

Daniel Eagle - Review Projects Manager
Daniel brings a unique talent to LIM through, not only his background in the legal community, but in his keen abilities of project management through the identification of process and the thorough comprehension of the technical aspects associated with document review databases. Daniel has worked with review teams on complex antitrust, tort, patent infringement and other intellectual property matters. He has also aided in the development of content for a government agency’s litigation data repository. Daniel is a licensed attorney and has worked as an Assistant District Attorney. His previous teaching experience in malpractice law supports his comprehensive training style for the attorneys and paralegals that perform relevance and privilege reviews at LIM. Daniel received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New College of Florida.

Kyle Jones - Legal Technology Support Analyst
Kyle’s dynamic behind-the-scenes work includes developing and implementing progressive eDiscovery management processes for millions of records in multiple cases. He has a keen aptitude for utilizing complex software and programming techniques to manage large data sets. Kyle also manages database projects for various municipalities. Prior to joining LIM’s technology department in 2008, Kyle was an associate researcher at the National Institute for Climate Change Research in Flagstaff, where he developed applications to analyze large satellite data sets. Kyle’s undergraduate work focused on data analysis, project management, database modeling & design and Management Information systems. He holds a BSBA in Business Economics from Northern Arizona University.
