Victoria Wilken-Farrell - President

Victoria is the owner and President of Litigation Information Management, Inc. (LIM), a full service litigation support company specializing in automated document management. Victoria consults with law firms on implementing document and case management systems, including software selection and best practices. Prior to co-founding LIM, Victoria was a complex litigation paralegal and litigation support manager at a major Northwest law firm. She has over 20 years of experience in design and implementation of information management systems in mass tort and complex litigation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.

Jennifer Becker - Operations Manager
Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in organizing and managing successful businesses. Majoring in business management, with an extra emphasis in organizational psychology, she followed her college career with 5 years of specialized training in human resources and business team management, and is certified as a personnel development trainer. Jennifer's business experience with the legal industry, and her unique talents in effectively communicating, organizing and developing key business practices, contributes to strong and dynamic organizational development. Her continual focus on quality, accuracy, efficiency and team-based management, supports the success of all of our clients projects.

Kip Manley - Paralegal/Project Manager
Kip gained experience in data collection and management while working as a project manager in the field of market research, and has worked on cases involving securities and finance, insurance, construction, environmental, and product liability issues. He excels in document analysis and focuses on quality assurance and project management. An accomplished writer, he majored in creative writing at Oberlin College and was the managing editor of a Portland-area arts magazine.

Karen King - Paralegal/Project Manager/Repository Manager
Karen gained experience in electronic document management while managing the Judicial Department of Records for the Maricopa County Information Systems Security Division. Karen’s repository management skills include the logging and tracking of document productions and coordination with outside vendors regarding production issues. Karen has worked on complex cases involving securities fraud, royalty infringement, insurance, construction, and environmental issues. She earned an Associate of Science degree from Scottsdale Community College in Paralegal Studies.

Misti Tone - Paralegal/Project Manager
Misti has experience assisting in all levels of project management from document repository all the way through to final completion of customized databases. As a Paralegal she started her career working in a small law firm handling civil rights suits, family law, personal injury cases and probate. Misti has extensive coding experience on cases involving insurance, construction, discrimination, environmental and product liability issues. She excels in project organization, database creation and management, quality control protocols and project training. Misti received her Associate of Science degree (with honors) in Paralegal Studies from Western Business College.

Matthew Johnson - Project Manager / IT Manager
Matt has extensive experience in monitoring and assisting all stages of projects from beginning document protocol to loading final data in client databases. Having several years of experience managing document coding staff, Matt excels at production efficiency and data reconciliation. Having worked on a diverse range of cases he has a unique ability to locate potential problems and create solutions during all stages of project management. Matt's college career majoring in computer science and mathematics, in addition to his analytical and intuitive skills in database management have proven to be extremely valuable to our clients.
